My journey began in the 1980s as a real estate investor, and in 1992, I became a licensed Real Estate Agent. That first year, I was honored to receive Rookie of the Year, marking the start of a career built on trust, performance, and a passion for helping others.

 

For 21 years, I served as Broker-in-Charge at Keller Williams Greenville Central, leading and mentoring agents while ensuring clients received exceptional service. Today, as the Team Leader of The Tim Elder Team, I remain focused on providing expert guidance, proven strategies, and personalized support to every client.
